Mode of Examination

• Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only.      
• Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only and Drawing Test (Part-III) in pen and paper (offline) mode, to be attempted on drawing sheet of A4 size.       
• Paper 2B (B. Planning): Mathematics (Part-I), Aptitude Test (Part-II), and Planning-Based Questions (Part-III) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode only.

How To Apply For JEE Main Session 2

• Registration Form : Log in and identify through Digi locker / Create a Digi locker Account login and identify through Digi locker / Log in and identify Using your ID / Create ID and login and identify through ID / Login Using Indian Passport Number, PAN Card, Aadhaar Enrolment Number, Non-Indian Passport.
• Authenticate at the Exam Centre through Aadhaar / Authenticate at the Exam Centre through a valid Government ID with a Photograph.
• Personal Details : Candidate Name / Father Name / Guardian Name / Mother Name / Guardian Name / Candidate’s Date of Birth / Gender, Identity Type, Identification Number.
• Present Address/ Permanent Address : Address, Locality, District, State, Country, Pin code, Email Address, Parent / Guardian Email Address, Mobile Number, Parent /Guardian Mobile Number, Emergency Contact No.
• Choose Password/ Security Pin : Password, Security Question, Security Answer, Security Pin.
• Qualification Details : Year of Passing/Appearing, Qualifying Exam, Place of schooling (Rural or Urban), Type of School/College, Qualifying Examination State of School/College, Qualifying Examination District of School/College, School Board, Result Mode, Maximum Grade Point, CGPA Obtained, Total Marks, Roll Number, School/College Name Address, School/College Pin code.
• Parents Income Details : Father Qualification, Father Occupation, Mother Qualification, Mother Occupation, Guardian Qualification, Guardian Occupation.
• Document upload : Candidate photograph, Candidate signature, PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Document Size : The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
• The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
• The size of the scanned copy of the PwD certificate should be in pdf between 50 kb to 300 kb.
