AGE LIMIT

• Stenographer Grade C
• Minimum Age : 18 Years
• Maximum Age : 30 Years
• Candidates Born Not Before 02.08.1994 And Not Later Than 01.08.2006 Are Eligible To Apply.
• Stenographer Grade D
• Maximum Age : 27 Years
• Candidates Born Not Before 02.08.1997 And Not Later Than 01.08.2006 Are Eligible To Apply.
• Extra Age As Per Recruitment Rule 2024.

• Candidates Must Have Passed 12th Standard Or Equivalent Examination From A Recognized Board Or University.

SSC One Time Registration (OTR)

• Read the Notice of Examination instructions carefully.
• Mobile number (verified via OTP).
• Email ID (verified via OTP).
• Aadhaar Number or an alternative ID (Voter ID, PAN, Passport, etc.).
• Details of your Matriculation (10th) Exam (Board, Roll Number, Year of Passing).
• Disability Certificate Number if applicable.
• Registration Steps: Visit https://ssc.gov.in and click on Register Now in the Login or Register section.
• Personal Details: Enter critical details like Aadhaar Number, name, and date of birth twice for verification.
• Password Creation / Additional Details / Declaration.
• Form Filling Instructions: Enter your Aadhaar Number.
• Enter an alternate ID number if not using Aadhaar.
• Enter your name as per your 10th certificate mention any changes.
• Select your gender and enter your date of birth as per the 10th certificate.
• Enter your father and mother names as per the 10th certificate.
• Enter your 10th Examination details Education Board, Roll Number Year of passing.
• Enter your highest educational qualification.
• Provide a working mobile number (for OTP verification and communication).
• Provide a working email ID (for OTP verification and communication).
• Finalizing Registration: Confirm your mobile number and email ID Once confirmed your Registration Number will be displayed and sent to your mobile and email.
• Complete the registration process within 14 days or your details will be deleted.
• Log in with your Registration Number and auto generated password then change the password on the first login.
• After changing the password log in again to review and edit your Basic Details if necessary Click Next to complete your One Time Registration OTR.
