- Visit the SGPGIMS website and review the relevant documents.
- Register with your name, post applied for, DOB, email ID, and mobile number by clicking on Registration for New Users.
- After registration, you will receive a password on your mobile number and a user ID on your email ID.
- Fill in the application form by clicking Sign in for Existing Users with your user ID and password.
- Complete sections on personal details, communication details, qualification details, test city choice, and document upload.
- After submitting the application and paying the fee, you can view and print your complete application with the application sequence number.
- Pay the application fee online via State Bank of India payment gateway (Debit Card/Credit Card/SBI Net Banking/Other Net Banking).
- Upload the mandatory documents
- Recent colored photograph and Signature.
- Certificates for 10th, 12th, graduation, post-graduation (if applicable).
- Caste/category and domicile certificates (if applicable).
