• Post Graduate Diploma in Relevant Subject Recognized by the Medical Council of India CPS Diploma or Equivalent Qualification.
• Super Specialty Degree / Diploma in The Relevant Subject Recognized By the Medical Council of India.

How To Apply

• Application and Payment: Applicants must fill out the online form through authorized kiosks of MP Online pay the application/examination fee in cash at the kiosk, and obtain a receipt. They should verify that the payment has been made.
• Payment Options: Applicants can also pay the application fee using a credit card, debit card, or net banking by filling out the form online at home or through an internet cafe.
• Required Documents: Before filling out the form, applicants should prepare scanned files of their latest passport size photograph and signature for upload Authorized kiosks of MP Online offer free scanning services.
• Photo Guidelines:- Use a recent color passport size photograph.      
• Ensure no reflections on glasses and that eyes are visible.
• Applicants should carefully read and understand the instructions on the website before filling out the application form.
• Applicants should review their form thoroughly before submission.
• Form Submission and Correction: After submitting the form, a popup window will display basic information. If errors are found, the applicant can click Cancel to return to the form and make corrections.
• Clicking OK will submit the form and provide an application number but it will be unpaid.
• Payment Confirmation: After submitting the form applicants must complete the payment process by clicking the proceed for payment button.
• A successful application submission will be confirmed with the application form payment details payment amount and a Payment Done confirmation.
