- Read Instructions: Carefully read the instructions before starting the online application. Ensure all information is correct and documents are uploaded before final submission.
- Complete Application: Fill out the application form completely. Incomplete or defective forms will be rejected without further notice.
- Accuracy of Details: Ensure all details (name, date of birth, qualifications, etc.) are accurate. No changes will be allowed after submission.
- Responsibility for Errors: Candidates are responsible for any mistakes. If errors are found, submit a new application with the correct details before the deadline (27.08.2024).
- Multiple Applications: If multiple applications are submitted, only the one with the highest application number will be considered. The fee paid for one application cannot be transferred to another.
- Upload Signed Application: A scanned copy of the duly signed application form must be uploaded. Failure to do so will lead to rejection.
- Print and Bring Documents: After submission, print the application form and bring it with all uploaded documents when requested by the commission.
- Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria by the closing date (27.08.2024). Applications from those who do not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
Documents Required
- Signed photo and signature.
- Mark sheets and degrees from all educational levels.
- NET/JRF/SET/SLET certificate (if applicable).
- SC/BC/EWS/DESM/ESM/DFF/PwBD certificates.
- Aadhar card and Parivar Pehchan Patra (if applicable).
- Haryana Domicile Certificate.
- Proof of working in Haryana Government departments or as a teacher (for age relaxation claims).
- Proof of first class first in relevant subjects (for academic criteria relaxation).
- Certificate confirming Ph.D. compliance with UGC regulations.
- School certificate verifying rural location of matriculation (if claiming 5% relaxation in Master’s degree marks).
