About This Post : In the notification number PR /2024 issued by Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, in the light of Rule 4 of Bihar BSEB Sakshamata Exam Online Form 2024 Bihar School Specialized Teacher Rules 2023 the competency test is to be taken for the local body teachers working in the state. All teachers appointed by the local body are required to pass the proficiency test. And from the date of passing the proficiency test and joining the allotted school after passing such proficiency test, they will be a single cadre at the district level.
