HOW TO APPLY
- Application Process: Applicants must apply online through the APSC recruitment website. No other application methods will be accepted.
- Registration: New users must register on the website by completing the One Time Registration (OTR) process with their basic details.
- Email Requirement: Applicants must register with a valid and active email address to receive document verification details and other notifications.
- Login and Profile Completion: After registration, applicants should log in and provide personal information, educational qualifications, work experience, a photo, a signature, and other required documents. Documents must be in a legible PDF format not exceeding 2 MB.
- Eligibility and Document Submission: Candidates should carefully read eligibility criteria. Documents such as certificates must be uploaded in support of claims made in the application.
- Form Submission: Applicants must ensure all required fields are correctly filled out. Editing is not allowed after final submission. A preview option is available before submission.
- Payment: The application fee must be paid online, and the fee is non-refundable. In case of payment failure, applicants can validate the payment. Double debits will be automatically refunded by the bank within 5-7 working days.
- Application Confirmation: An auto-generated email will confirm successful application submission. Applications without fee payment will not be considered.
- Additional Information: Applicants can use Common Service Centers for assistance. Only one application should be submitted per post. If multiple applications are submitted, the one with the highest application number should be complete in all respects.
- Post-Submission: After submission, applicants should print and retain a copy of the application. It is recommended to submit applications well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
