Document Submission: Applicants must provide document details like certificate number, issue date, issuing authority, and upload supporting documents in PDF / JPEG format, ensuring file sizes do not exceed 200 KB. Scanning should be done at 200 dpi in grayscale.
Photo and Signature: Upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature in JPG / JPEG format each not exceeding 200 KB.
Form Completion: Carefully fill out all required information agree to the declarations, and preview the form before submission.
Final Submission: After reviewing click Submit for final submission or Cancel to make corrections.
Application Fee: Pay the application and processing fee as applicable. The fee is non-refundable. In case of payment issues use the Validate Payment button. For double debit the bank will refund the fee within 5-7 working days.
Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent upon successful application completion. Applications without fee payment will not be considered.
Common Service Centers (CSCs): Applicants can also fill out forms through CSCs if they lack debit cards or internet banking.
