Application Procedure

• Visit NHAI Website: Go to http://www.nhai.gov.in using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Create Registration: Fill in the required details including User ID, Password, Name, Phone number, Email ID, and optionally, Aadhar card number to create an account.
• Login: Use the User ID and Password received via email to log in.
• Select Post: Choose the post you want to apply for and start filling the application form.
• Fill Out the Application: Complete all mandatory fields and attach scanned copies of required documents (photo, signature, educational qualifications, etc.) in the specified formats.
• Preview and Submit: Review your application by clicking on Preview make necessary changes, and then click Final Submit
• Submission Confirmation: After submitting, a reference number will be generated, and you will have the option to download the form.
• Print and Forward: Print the online application form and forward it through your parent department with the required verification certificates and attested copies of APARs / ACRs.
• Deadline: Submit the online application by 23.09.2024 (6.00 PM) and ensure the printed application along with all required documents reaches NHAI by 22.10.2024.
